  My wife went here to get forms filled out for immigration purposes. Despite being the first appointment and showing up early we were not admitted until 20 minutes after our appointment. Later the admin nurse said they were really busy and got upset when I pointed out we were the first appointment. While muy wife was getting bloodwork done other patients walked in on her carrying urine samples. Despite telling the nurse that she had received a BCG vaccination and would test positive in a TB skin test the nurse injected her anyway. After injecting her they informed us we would have to come back two days later on a Saturday to have the results read and that the reston office was closed so we would have to go through to herndon. In my opinion this is all information that should have been shared prior to injecting my wife. When we did go to the Ashburn office that Saturday they seemed surprised she tested positive and non e of the nurses knew what to do. The doctor sent us back to reston for my wife to get a chest x-ray which we did that day. The next week I had to call to follow up about the paperwork and they seemed clueless and in fact asked me to fax over the x-ray results. When I told them I did not have them they asked me to call the service they referred us to and ask them to fax the results over. When they finally got them I said I would like to pick the form up on Saturday. The next Saturday I called the office and was told that the form was at the Reston office and we would have to wait until Monday, requiring me and my wife to take time off work to accomodate their schedule. We finally got the form and sent it off only to receive notice from the USCIS a month later that the doctor never signed the form. I called the office the next day and requested they provide a new form signed by the doctor and have it in the Ashburn office for us to pick up on Saturday. When I called the Ashburn office on Saturday I was told they did not have the form, needless to say I got upset and raised my voice, but I never insulted or cursed at them, simply aired my frustration. At this point the nurse informed me that she did not appreciate me getting upset with her and that I was rude and there was nothing they could do. I hung up the phone and just drove to the office figuring it would be harder for them to brush me off. When I was only a few minutes from the office I got a call that they found the form and had it ready for me, but again accused me of being verbally abusive. I pointed out that while I rased my voice I was not verbally abusive and if they did not like me raising my voice they should make sure they get the forms done right and in a timely manner. At this point they said they have a lot of staff and two offices, to which I simply responded that the amount of staff they have and the number of offices they have is not my problem. In the enfd We got the form, but had to jump through way too many hoop , deal with rude staff, poor excuses, and pay. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am grateful they are not our normal doctor.
