- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a first time patient. I drove two hours to my scheduled appointment to be told the doctor wasn't in and that they could reschedule a few weeks out up to a month or two. No apology given. They opened 2-3 hours prior to my appointment and didn't even take the time to call and inform me of the incident. This wouldn't have been a big deal if I would have gotten a call and a friendly offer for a sooner reschedule considering my recent fractured snuffbox. My brachial plexus child was also frustrated by the lengthy drive to and from and considering I wasn't even seen-- this was very disappointing.
