- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called the Reston office in regards to follow up treatment and the person on the phone who answer Rosa and the another lady with an asian accent said i have to pay the consultation because it's been a year which is not , plus i am just following up treatment. Waited for phone calls since back in October for financing info and other inquiries about treatment and never got a call. This two ladies were very rude and charging me another $150.00 it is not acceptable when service wasn't delivered as it was promised. The whole staff is very irresponsible. I had recorded the call AMD the Asian lady can be hear laughing on the phone and calling me angry lady. Not professional at all.April 12, 2017by Noelia Cruz
